Put somewhere on the page that says click here for Icon, have it go to another page, and just shortly tell the person that in order to keep your cam free from charging fees, that you request they fill out a short survey.
Also put something on the page that says something like (12) viewing or some shit so it looks to them as if people are alreadyviewing your cam.
They complete the offer, you make the cash, and you laugh to the bank!
